AMP Debuts Ultra-Slim Pivot Style USB Drives Costing Just Twelve Bucks

Two affordable drives come in the pretty ultra-thin casing sporting white racing and fire-orange colors that emphasize the pivot style design with a distinctive look and feel.

Active Media Products today announced two new ultra-slim USB 2.0 flash drives in 4GB and 8GB capacities. What sets the new drives apart is an ultra-slim form factor that’s 46 millimeter wide, 13 millimeter deep and just eight millimeter tall. In addition, you also get the pivot style lid that protects the drive when not in use and the distinct design featuring fire-orange and white racing colors.

The lid flips like a flip phone, so you’ll never lose it. The Flip will set you back just twelve bucks for a 4GB version and $20 for the 8GB version, which is enough to load up to 2000 MP3 tracks or up to 2400 six-megapixel photos.

If you’re a budget buyer looking for a bargain, consider the new Flip drives, available starting today from Amazon. Silicon Valley-based Active Media Products LLC is known for its small form factor solid state drives, their small and waterproof Wink USB thumb drives and "the endangered species line of USB drives," as they put it in a written statement.
