Elon Musk recently posted on Twitter that the reservations for Model 3 will take place starting on March 31 in Tesla stores, and April 1 for online customers. Unlike all of its the previous models – Roadster, Model S, Model X – Model 3 will be launched on a global scale, with every market covered. If you are interested, you will need to put $1,000 down, and bear in mind that the delivery priority as always – will go to the customers who will order higher trim / spec car, as the sales develop. Perhaps the key part of Model 3 selling strategy is how Tesla Motors, Inc.
3D printing or Additive Manufacturing is slowly, but certainly changing the world for the better, and shortening the time-to-market. In the world of medicine, shortening that ‘time to market’ literally means saving lives. There are numerous theoretical examples where 3D printing could save lives, and we have now witnessed three surgeries where the technology moved patients from their death beds to recovery rooms and regular life. Only over the past 12 months, we started to see doctors using 3D printed vertebrae to help their patients. First two operations happened in China, on two separate patients. A 12-year old was operated in August 2014, while a 21-year old cancer patient was operated
Short re-cap of Croatian Facebook protests and a gallery of pictures that lead to protests happening in major Croatian cities… where those meetings were allowed – City of Dubrovnik refused to allow the protest, while a small Croatian city had police force threatening to attack the protesters. After all the media fanfare about iPhone 3G and the goodness that the gadget brings, we have heard reports about T-Com demanding 6-month subscription in advance and similar consumer-unfriendly tactics. My goal for November is to attract 10,000 visitors in a single month, so I hope the content will be good enough and that the goal will be reached. There are already several big stories in the pipeline for next week, so I hope I will be able
… as you can see by the title of my blog, I wanted to focus on the bright side of this industry. This does not mean to blindly follow what marketing writes, but exactly the opposite – and sadly, I had to be interrupted. At 6:25PM, car bomb killed mr. Ivo Pukanic and mr. Niko Franic. Ivo was founder and owner of Nacional Media Group (NCL), while Niko was director of marketing and a sad collateral in this act of terrorism. As of tonight, several good friends of mine have been put under police protection as a consequence of yesterday’s car bombing which took lifes
