Rimac Automobili d.o.o. (Ltd.) is launching a production version of its Concept_One, an electric hypercar developed in Croatia, Europe. What makes Concep_One special is that it served as a technology demonstrator which was so impressive, several car manufacturers contracted Rimac to build them a bespoke version of their own vehicles. At the same time, Christian von Koenigsegg was so impressed with the in-house technology that his Regera is powered by a Koenigsegg-Rimac drivetrain, without a gearbox. Concept_One is a different beast altogether. 1088 hp, and 1600 Nm / 1180 pound ft. (electronically limited) take the vehicle to 300 kph / 186 mph in just a bit over 14
Samsung Invests $2.51 Billion into Car Battery Business
Over the past couple of months, we’re seeing a lot of corporate movements inside Samsung Group. Winter Brings Worries for Electric Car Owners
If you live anywhere in the northern hemisphere, you’re likely already aware of how bitterly cold temperatures can dip to. In the United States or Canada alone, good luck if you’re living in Alaska, North Dakota, or Minnesota, as temperatures can reach well below -1 degrees Fahrenheit. Same story with Iceland, or Scandinavia. However, you’re going to need more than luck if you’re an EV (electric vehicle) owner in a cold climate, as it appears that electric car batteries may well struggle in winter – taking more time and energy to warm up and function efficiently. Sadly, global warming pushed winter patterns from November/December to January-March,

This is supercar territory – all in a fully environmentally friendly business sedan that you don’t need a pilot’s license to operate. The upgrade was revealed with a loop of the rap song Beast Mode by Ludacris. Pretty fitting, wouldn’t you agree? On a more serious note, this puts this all-electric sedan in some rather inspiring company. Cars that can do the same sprint, below 3.0 seconds include
