Today SteelSeries announced a refresh of its Siberia headset family. The new models are as follows: The Siberia v3 (MSRP $99.99), which replaces the Siberia v2. The v3 includes updated and improved audio drivers, as well as a headset redesign which utilizes noise-reducing memory foam ear cushions. The SteelSeries DeX is made of a low-friction polymer, and it features a unique 3D optical pattern designed to improve tracking accuracy. SteelSeries Officially Introduces Sentry Eye Tracker and Stratus XL Controller
Today, SteelSeries officially announced the Sentry Eye Tracker designed to help train gamers. The Sentry is the official product we saw prototypes of at CES 2014 back in January. According to SteelSeries, it will help players “train for competitive gaming, by allowing the player to analyze a wide range of statistics based on where and how long a user focused, or fixated, on the screen. Fixations per Minute (FPM) tracks how often a user moves his or her eye gaze and attention around the screen; low values indicate that the gamer is able to process a lot of information. SteelSeries has announced that they will be creating a new line of peripherals themed to go with The Sims 4.
