Trade shows are fascinating beasts. If you visit the floor ground one or two days before the conference opens, you’ll see a lot of noise, dust, dirt and trash everywhere – yet at 10AM on day one, everything miraculously works.
While the rest of the team is scattered around the fancy hotels for the associated press conferences, the author of these lines decided to to go around the show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center and from the images below, the sheer scale of organized chaos is just amazing. The people that build the stages often don’t get the credit they deserve but it is exactly the overnight efforts by hundreds, if not thousands of workers that build the stages in record short time.
We bring you the images from North and South Halls, where the work is fully underway? pictures were taken as the counter hit "less than 24 hours till’ show time" mark, and the workers kept working as tomorrow never comes.
