Special Opportunity to Participate in Crowdsourcing Week Global 2015

Crowdsourcing is a global phenomenon, that’s only getting bigger. Think of the success of the indie gaming economy: to get their indie projects off the ground developers have turned to the crowd, not traditional studios, for financing. But that’s only one example as there are countless success stories of companies big and small turning to the crowd to get their product off the ground or message out.

But for some crowdsourcing is a mystery, an enigma. While there are countless success stories from the crowdsourcing economy, there are also dozens of stories of failure too.

Understanding the intricacies of crowdsourcing is critical for any organization to make their campaign a success. Between April 20-24 Singapore will play host to the four-day Crowdsourcing Week Global conference (GSW Global 2015). This year’s conference has the theme: “Crowd Economy: Disrupting Billion Dollar Industries and Empowering Billions.”

The conference will have 50 speakers and 60 sessions on topics like the sharing economy, IoT, open innovation and crowd finance. Speakers from many of the leading sharing economy companies like AirBNB will be speaking at the event.

VR World readers are eligible to apply for 1 of 20 day passes we are giving away in collaboration with conference organizers. To apply for a pass head over to their website here and fill out a form before April 17.
