Gold is awesome. Gold Platinum, hell, that’s even better. Samsung decided to refresh the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 lineup (probably for the upcoming holidays) with a new exterior finish option available for their smartphones. The Note 5 is an excellent phone. It features nice specifications and a large sized screen, giving the business people plenty to cheer for. The phone comes with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 2560×1440 resolution, Exynos 7420 Octa-Core SoC, 4GB of RAM, up to 128GB of built-in storage, 5MP front shooter, 16MP rear camera, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, and a capacious 3,000 mAh battery.
On the other hand, Samsung is witnessing slow sales for their new devices. The Note 5 is, as said, an excellent device, but overall it doesn’t provide the premium appeal in some key areas. The phone looks (design wise) rather similar to the company’s cheaper models. This is what plenty potential customers highlight as the key aspect on why they are straying away from Samsung’s premium products overall. The hardware specifications, alongside the great usability of this smartphone should be used a bit better, but we cannot impose our will and desire on Samsung as a company. It remains to be seen whether Gold Platinum helps produce more sales for the Korean tech giant, but it sure does look great.
Previously the Galaxy Note 5 was only available in “Black Sapphire” and “White Pearl”. The three color choices are available for the Note 5 right now. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 can be ordered through the AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
