EKWB Celebrates 10th Anniversary with an Impressive Collectable

EKWB Supremacy EVO 10th Anniversary

EKWB, one of first liquid cooling manufacturers just celebrated its first decade as a company. Originally started as a project from Edvard Koenig, it grew to a 70 employees company once it was backed by a business angel Matjaz Krc. The company proudly manufacturers majority of their products in Europe, with the majority of suppliers coming from the automotive, avionics and medical industry in the Austria-Italy-Hungary-Croatia-Slovenia basin. Predator line of AIO (all-in-one) products carries same components as used in hypercars or submarines.

Thus, when the first decade “dinged”, company founders decided to share the success by releasing a special, limited edition product. EK Supremacy EVO 10th Anniversary water block is paired with a remake of their first waterblock, EK-Wave. Both come with the cold plate being encapsulated in 24-carat gold. As you can see from the pictures, the blocks look truly special, and this is not the only special edition product coming from Slovenia in 2017. As CES is starting to take shape, the company announced a strategic partnership with In Win, which will lead into series of chassis and other products designed around EKWB’s cooling solutions.

“From my humble beginnings and experiments with liquid cooling, we managed to establish EK as a top brand in the industry, with a wide portfolio of products and solutions for our global partners. All this would not be possible without passion and enjoyment in the work we do every day” said Edvard König, founder of EK Water Blocks and President of the Board. “This 10th Anniversary Supremacy EVO is the result of our journey so far and thank you, the fans and enthusiasts, for sharing this journey with us.”

The limited run of just 100 units will be available in the EKWB’s online store, expected to last for just one day. Price will be announced at the start of sales, most probably on January 3rd or 4th.
